All orders are sent via An Post untracked regular post (unless you choose a different option at checkout). Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of order being placed.
If you want to track your item you must use the Express Delivery/Tracking number option at the checkout. I cannot take responsibility for delayed/lost packages. Once they are handed over to postal service they are of my control. I will only ship to the address provided when order is purchased. If there is an issue with the address please contact me as soon as you can. Always give me a Post Code/Eircode.

Once the items ship we cannot accept any responsibility for delays may it be due to customs or busy shipping periods. That is out of our control I’m afraid!
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
As much as possible we re-use and recycle packaging products for shipping, so expect random boxes etc. We take utmost care to make sure our ceramics travel safe and we usually double-box products. If we use bubble wrap it is reused from packaging that we have received.
All our jewellery packaging is natural and recyclable.
Please try to re-use any packaging that you receive from us or else recycle it.
If for some reason you want to return your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, within 30 days of order being placed. If an item is exchanged, customer is responsible for registered post costs for new item and it is dependent on stock availability. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost in the post when returning. We recommend using registered tracked post.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Items purchased ‘on sale’ or made to order / customized and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item you receive is faulty it should be apparent immediately and this differs from wear and tear over time. In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain original packaging and photograph both packaging and damaged piece, this helps me see what has happened. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Contact us with the photographic proof of damage and we will either send a replacement or offer refund.
We are always happy to take on custom orders.
Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the piece to be prepared. This may take longer during busy periods.
